Roadways Of Life: A series of limited edition prints I created at the time of my father's death.

Using old patterns that my late father had made over many decades as a pattern maker (that was his trade as a tailor) which my mother had given to me after his death. There were literally thousands of these patterns left behind, of which I chose only a few dozen.

I have been painting on them and in this case I scanned many of them and then proceeded to do my art on them, in this way, in photoshop by layering his patterns and my painting, also incorporating other items of importance to either him or me.

It's a kind of a self portrait of sorts of my father and myself.
